Make sure you lock your valuables up. House keeping took my pills and I could tell my bags were ruffled through. Front desk had no answers or solutions. Said they would talked to house keeping.....next day. We just left. Places like this make for a traveling nightmare.
I love this place. The Customer Service was outstanding. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was AWESOME! !!!
Best hotel in town, but pricy for area.
Excellent services by hotel staff members. Room was well decorated and spacious for anyone who wants to enjoy. Located in a very convenient area of Ville Platte. Breakfast was excellent. We will only stay in this hotel if we visit Ville Platte again. Enjoyed the well trained employees' professionalism during our stay in Ville Platte.
The hotel has a clean appearance outside, lobby, and first floor area; however, there are serious air quality problems in the rooms on ground level. We had to have a humidifier in the room on full power with the air conditioning in order to make it, and the hotel managers would not allow us to move upstairs where there were no complaints from guests. Unfortunately, If you have business in this little city, it is the only hotel in town. Otherwise, stay in Opelousas, LA and drive the 20 plus-mile distance to your business. The breakfast is not stocked well for its customers. Manager tries to accommodate guests, but falls extremely short due to issues beyond control. It is not worth $100.00 per night.
