This is my first RV purchase and I fell in love with the stainless steel but I stayed for the exceptional customer service. Every email had a timely response, every question answered, for MONTHS Tyler walked me through the process until I was finally ready to buy. I went to (finally) pick up my baby yesterday morning and the service I've come to rely on exceeded expectations once again. Tyler personally walked me through every inch and procedure, even writing out a list of things to watch for and keep maintained. He sold me only the essential extras and the whole family was happy to answer questions...no matter how many times I asked them. I feel really confident in my choice. This place is truly amazing. My husband and I have been experiencing some issues with our trailer lately and this amazing group of people came to our rescue. I called them explaining our problem and they got us in right away. I'm 9 months pregnant and was worried we would be stuck without a trailer forever. The lady at the front desk is heavenly. She listened to my problem then connected me with the right person. No long waits, no miscommunications and no bad business. Gabe was very helpful and explained everything that was wrong and helped us with a solution.
Back in 2005 my wife and I went to a RV show in Lafayette and looked and talked to every dealer there, well Mr. Rick showed us just what we were looking for. We purchased it and over the years of outstanding service, we have agreed there is only one RV dealer in south louisiana.
Gabe down at Ricks RV sales was a godsend, extremely knowledgeable, and devoted to good business. I was in a serious bind had my A.C. unit go out, he squeezed me in and got me taken care of on a whim. I am truly grateful and wish I would have purchased my camper here. This is this is the type of facility and person I want to do business with.
So, 12 years later we decided to upgrade our RV. I drove past 3 RV dealerships in lafayette to Ville Platte and found a Pre owned fifth wheel that we purchased. Tyler and Gabe ,like there dad, made the whole purchase experience great. I highly recommend to drive the extra miles to Ville Platte, you won't be sorry!
